FYI - Don't forget to check the list of files you have backed up. If you have recently installed new software, dont forget to backup any new data you use.
You can check the files you are backing up by starting Dataworks, and pressing the 'Files' menu button. This will show you the file names that are included in your backup set. You can add new files, by navigating to the orrect folder and ticking the appropriate box.
