Kevin is semi-retired and one of his income sources is a small home based business.  It only take Kevin a day a week of visits and some hours of processing to keep the coffee supply business ticking over.  Kevin does all his billing from Cash Book Complete and this is backed up every time he uses it to a USB Memory stick.  Whilst this is adequate, if the PC was stolen, then his customer data and his data back-up goes out the door with it. 

Kevin has also experienced the pain of his hard drive crashing (just inside warranty luckily) and this took nearly a month without his computer or the ability to bill customers and note their payments.  If Kevin had had online back-up, then he could install the Cashbook programme on another PC and download his data, just like that.  Nothing missed as it's backed up every night, and available anytime he needs it. More time to stop and smell the coffee and not worry about PC hardware interrupting his business life.
