As the owner of a small digital print bureau in busy Newmarket, Auckland I had a growing business and was kept pretty busy just looking after my clients and their needs. However, the nature of the business was changing from paper copying and masters to emailed files that are digitally printed.
As the amount of digital content grew, so did my need to protect my valuable customers data as well as my own financial information. Whilst I was copying the data across the small network onto other PC locations within the business, I felt that this wasn't enough. Even as a franchisee, I was not given any guidance on this.
My solution was to back-up online. Not only was my customers data safe, so was my sales data, CRM information and from my home PC, my MYOB data. This was fantastic - backed up every night, automatic and worry free. I certainly felt a lot better after signing up, and the cost ? $60 per month was nothing compared to the peace of mind.
